How It Works
The workshop is structured to be highly accessible and supportive:

1. Two Daily Videos: Each morning, you’ll receive two short videos – one covering the day’s lesson, and one with additional content and your daily homework.

2. Daily Homework: Hands-on activities and exercises help you start using the tools right away.
3. Live Q&A Sessions: Every other day (Days 2, 4, and 6) at 6 pm CST, I’ll go live to answer your questions and dive deeper into each topic.

I strongly dislike wasting peoples time and hope. I am acutely aware both are in short supply when chronic pain is part of the picture.
